Michele P Snyer

Michele Snyer has worked in the financial services industry since 1984, beginning her career with Wells Fargo’s internal audit team. Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership positions in internal audit, risk management, and compliance with financial services and technology companies. As a risk management professional, Michele has worked with corporate boards, businesses, and clients in more than 60 countries, using data-driven approaches to identify and address legal, regulatory, operational, and strategic risks.

As Chief Operating Officer of One Oak Wealth Management, Michele oversees the firm’s day-to-day business operations, including human resources, finance, technology, regulatory and operational processes, and business efficiency. She works closely with the firm’s advisors and administrative team to develop and maintain the infrastructure, systems, and processes that support consistent, high-quality client service.

A Colorado native, Michele joined her husband, Ross, at One Oak Wealth Management after an extensive career in corporate risk management. Outside of work, she is an avid cook, enjoys spending time outdoors, and has a particular interest in ancient civilizations, which she frequently incorporates into her travels.
