Michele P Snyer

Michele Snyer began her career in the financial services industry in 1984 with Wells Fargo’s internal audit team.  Since then, Michele has held senior internal audit, risk, and compliance management positions with leading financial services and technology companies.  As a risk management professional, she has assisted corporate boards, businesses, and clients in more than 60 countries around the world deploy data driven business solutions to successfully manage legal, regulatory, operational, and strategic risks. 

As the firm’s Chief Operating officer, Michele oversees daily business operations including human resources, finance, technology, and operational efficiency.  Her job is to ensure the firm’s advisors have the tools and processes they need to deliver exceptional service to clients.   

A Colorado native, Michele joins her husband Ross at One Oak Wealth Management.  She is an avid cook, enjoys the outdoors and loves to weave-in the study of ancient civilizations into her travel adventures.
